The Hungarian Cup 2025 was the final federation competition of the year. The four-day Duna Arena event brought together nearly 650 competitors across 40 events.
Smarame supported entry and administrative processes while observing the practical needs of organisers and participants throughout the competition. The scale and complexity of the programme provided valuable experience in a live environment.
Collaboration with the organisers identified opportunities for further digitalisation and automation in administration, communication and event operations. These lessons will inform future development.
